We embrace web 3 and blockchain technology as integral components of our vision for a smarter, more decentralised, and environmentally responsible energy landscape.Position Overview: Sync Neural is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Joint Ventures Renewable Energy to lead our efforts in establishing strategic partnerships and joint ventures on a global scale within the renewable energy sector, with a specific focus on solar, wind, water, and grid development.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our international reach, driving growth, and contributing to our mission of sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Assess Global Opportunities: Identify and assess potential joint venture partners, acquisition targets, and investment opportunities within the global renewable energy industry, with a particular emphasis on solar, wind, water, and grid development projects.

  • Negotiate and Structure International Deals: Lead negotiations, due diligence, and deal structuring for global joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions, ensuring favourable terms for Sync Neural in solar, wind, water, and grid development initiatives.

  • Global Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute global strategic plans for joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development, ensuring alignment with Sync Neural's global business objectives.

  • Global Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risks associated with global joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's global interests.

  • Global Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including global feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI assessments for prospective joint ventures and investments in solar, wind, water, and grid development.

  • Global Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential global partners, international industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate global collaboration and growth opportunities in solar, wind, water, and grid development.

  • Global Compliance: Ensure that all global joint venture activities in solar, wind, water, and grid development comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across various regions and jurisdictions.

  • Global Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global team to support global joint venture initiatives in solar, wind, water, and grid development, providing guidance and mentorship to team members located in various regions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing global joint ventures or strategic partnerships within the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar, wind, water, and grid development.

  • Extensive global experience in renewable energy project development, finance, and M&A, with a deep understanding of solar, wind, water, and grid technologies.

  • Strong global financial acumen and proficiency in global financial modelling and analysis.

  • Exceptional global negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to think globally, strategically, and make data-driven decisions in diverse international contexts.

  • Excellent global leadership and team management capabilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of global renewable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory environments in solar, wind, water, and grid development.

  • Strong global ethical and compliance orientation. Compensation:USD 125000-250000
