The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our international reach, driving growth, and contributing to our mission of sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Assess Global Opportunities: Identify and assess potential joint venture partners, acquisition targets, and investment opportunities within the global renewable energy industry, with a particular emphasis on solar, wind, water, and grid development projects.
Negotiate and Structure International Deals: Lead negotiations, due diligence, and deal structuring for global joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions, ensuring favourable terms for Sync Neural in solar, wind, water, and grid development initiatives.
Global Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute global strategic plans for joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development, ensuring alignment with Sync Neural's global business objectives.
Global Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risks associated with global joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's global interests.
Global Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including global feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI assessments for prospective joint ventures and investments in solar, wind, water, and grid development.
Global Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential global partners, international industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate global collaboration and growth opportunities in solar, wind, water, and grid development.
Global Compliance: Ensure that all global joint venture activities in solar, wind, water, and grid development comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across various regions and jurisdictions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Extensive global experience in renewable energy project development, finance, and M&A, with a deep understanding of solar, wind, water, and grid technologies.
