Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Strategic Accounts Manager to oversee relationships with key clients and drive long-term value and growth. This role will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Loop AI's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing strategic accounts, with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships and drive growth within strategic accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and credibility through proactive communication and exceptional service.

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them effectively.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Loop AI's products and services, resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise.

  • Serve as an advocate for clients within Loop AI, representing their needs and priorities to internal teams and driving alignment around client success.

Requirements



  • Experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on strategic accounts and enterprise-level clients.

  • Proven track record of success in managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
