You and Your Role
As the Head of Data Innovation, you will shape the future of our company. You will be chiefly responsible for how Verisoul uses data to help customers make decisions about the integrity of their user base. Your work will directly impact how accurate & valuable the Verisoul platform is for our customers.You will architect and execute a comprehensive data collection, research & development, and data science & modeling strategy that will accelerate Verisoul’s data intelligence moat. As the world changes, you’ll innovate to keep Verisoul ahead.
As we scale, you’ll manage the data teams.
What You’ll Do:
Data Experimentation, Research, and Development: Lead a culture of experimentation, constantly testing new hypotheses around data types, collection methodologies, modeling approaches, etc.
Create data collection pipelines:
Identify and execute creative strategies to collect disposition data for modeling
Optimize Verisoul’s real-time platform data collection
Data Science & Analysis:
Build decisioning models that turn data into decisions and insights for our customers, including:
Data engineering, feature engineering, model creation, model deployment architecture
Architect Real-Time Data Infrastructure: Manage Verisoul’s deployment of real-time data collection and AI decisioning models
Keep Verisoul ahead in a fast-paced environment: Stay apprised of changes, techniques, and academic research that affect Verisoul’s platform or offer new avenues of innovation
Team Leadership and Development: As Verisoul grows, build and lead high performing teams:

Data Science, Modeling, and R&DExample Projects You’ll Work On:
Human vs. Bots & AI: develop and execute data collection, modeling, and implementation of AI models that can identify humans vs. bots & AI in real-time
Multi-accounting detection: experiment with new ways to improve Verisoul’s multi-accounting detection, entity resolution, device fingerprinting, clustering
Custom client modeling workflows: Architect system for enabling customers to train their own models within Verisoul’s platform
Bring Your Own Data: Build and implement framework for enabling customers to bring their own application-specific data to Verisoul’s decisioning platformWhat You’ll Bring:
