Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts for Loop AI. This role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold-calling, email outreach, and other prospecting activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold-calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and opportunities.
Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to determine fit and level of interest in Loop AI's products and services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and manage prospecting activities and follow-up tasks.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive lead conversion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Loop AI's products, features, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting activities, lead status, and pipeline metrics to sales management and leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques to generate leads and opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
