About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join us. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs, from conception to delivery. This role requires a solid technical background, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment, and a strong track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
● Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.● Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.● Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.● Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.● Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development.● Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables.● Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.● Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.● Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success manager for project deliverable● Develop the integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate to customer.● Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.● Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.Specialties● Project management● Delivery Management● Team Management● Business solution architecture
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field● 5 – 8 years of experience in technical program management● Experience working in a SAAS environment.● Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies● Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills● Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
