Job Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our RAG 2.0-based product and our HPC cluster. You will collaborate closely with our product and research engineering teams to design and implement processes and systems that ensure the stability and availability of our service.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes.
- Instrument, monitor, and optimize the performance and reliability of our service.
- Implement and maintain automation tools and processes to prevent and mitigate service disruptions.
- Create and manage high performance computing clusters on GCP using Slurm
- Ensure security best practices are applied to application build pipelines and cloud/SaaS infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in DevOps, Security, and AI to continuously improve our products.
What we’re seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in DevOps engineering with strong experience in Linux fundamentals, Python, Terraform, GitHub actions, GCP, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps technologies such as GitOps, IaC, CI/CD, and APM.
- Proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux based computing environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cloud-based Kubernetes and HPC (Slurm) clusters will be a nice-to-have.
Location: Mountain View, CASalary Range for California Based Applicants: $100,000 - $250,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
