About the role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Paramyter, you will be required to design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including development in apex, lightning, integration, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience cloud. You will work with stakeholders to execute on requests for new features to our Salesforce systems, troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
What you'll do
Design and develop high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce application
Design, code, test, debug and maintain software applications
Develop customer-specific solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience cloud
Develop a good understanding of business processes to translate them into technical configurations
Work closely with stakeholders to identify Salesforce.com capabilities and gaps to maintain a continuous pipeline of features and enhancements
What we're seeking
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
4-6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong knowledge of apex, lightning, integration, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience cloud
Experience working with Salesforce platform for at least 4 years
Strong knowledge of CRM software and usage, preferably Salesforce
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
