We are seeking a highly experienced Railway Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of expertise in track works for railway infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead and oversee track-related activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality construction, maintenance, and operation of railway tracks.

 Relocation to Saudi Arabia


Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design and planning of railway track layouts, alignments, and configurations.

  • Ensure that track designs comply with regulatory requirements, engineering standards, and project specifications.

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance during track construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control measures for track works.

  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on track-related matters, including materials, construction methods, and maintenance practices.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to prevent accidents and incidents.

  • Manage track works budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Monitor expenditures and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.

  • Coordinate with railway operators and other project teams to address interdependencies and ensure seamless integration.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to track works activities.

  • Prepare progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in railway track works, including design, construction, and maintenance.

  • In-depth knowledge of railway track design principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Strong understanding of track construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for track design and analysis.

  • Professional engineering license or certification.

  • Experience working on railway infrastructure projects of varying scales and complexity.
