At EngineEars, we're on the hunt for a visionary Head of Product with a profound understanding of product management and a knack for data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates bring substantial experience from SaaS and Marketplace startups and are ready to take on a leadership role. You'll work closely with the CEO and CTO to help drive product decisions on both a macro and day-to-day scale.Having processed millions in GMV on our platform, we're set to revolutionize how creatives engage with music.

What you'll do:


Product Leadership:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals, user needs, and market trends.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about product improvements and new feature development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and other teams to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, ensuring seamless development and successful launches.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the music tech industry.

User Feedback:

Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and continuously iterate on product designs to enhance user satisfaction.

Team Development:

Mentor and grow the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What you’ll bring day one:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in product management, ideally in leadership roles.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

  • Musical background or previous work in the music industry.

Compensation:



  • Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000.

  • Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses.
