About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our executive team. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives, improving internal processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of our business goals as we enter the next phase of growth. Location: NYC (In office 3 days per week)

What you’ll do



  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Assist the CEO in developing and executing the company’s strategic plan.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Monitor progress toward goals for key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and helping break down potential obstacles.

  • Operational Efficiency:

  • Evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Manage and oversee special projects as assigned by the CEO.

  • Executive Support:

  • Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.

  • Prepare and coordinate executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

  • Facilitate effective decision-making by gathering and analyzing information, providing insights, and making recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications as needed.

  • Coordinate investor relations activities and support fundraising efforts.

  • Promote a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and mission.

What we're seeking


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Chief of Staff, general management, or similar role within a high-growth startup or SaaS company

  • Healthcare industry experience a plus

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
