We also review salaries every year (and more often with consistently outstanding work!), with a goal of keeping our long-standing team as fairly compensated as our new hires. ### **Salary and location** We're looking for someone based out of NYC or the tri-state area, who can frequently come to our Brooklyn office at 85 Quay St. The salary for this role varies on experience, but will range from **$50,000 - $80,000.** ### **About the role** We’re not just looking for a TikToker. Pearmill is on the hunt for an all around mobile content badass. Here’s how you’ll know if it's you… ### **What you’ll be doing** - Producing small shoots on your own. Think getting product from our clients and creating a variety of content, like an unboxing video for men’s travel pants or a play along video of a brain training app. - Finding quality content creators and working with them to produce more complicated videos, for shoots in other states, for content specific for certain audiences (ie mothers/kids), etc. - Collaborating with the Creative Team to understand performance data and create new content that reflects our learnings. ### **What you'd need to succeed** - You shoot your own mobile content like a pro - You know how to edit your own videos - You’re versatile: Our clients/products range from construction software, to a maternity bra, a 3D printer for kids, and medicated assisted treatment for opioid addiction.
