Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices in mind.
Identify business requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level.
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.
Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories.
Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures.
Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, and custom workflow.
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
Qualifications
8 and above years of experience in the IT field, and currently working as a Senior Developer.
Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ.
Proficiency with Salesforce development including Apex, JavaScript, integration, and Lightning.
Salesforce certifications are required.
Preferred Skills
Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
Active Salesforce certifications.
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Location
This position is based in Noida, India , however if we find the right candidate Remote option is also open. Relocation assistance is not provided.
