About this Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated sales leader to join us in growing BRINC's sales Eastern US team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales with a team of account executives with a specific and pre-defined Area of Responsibility (hereafter referred to as AOR). You will focus on identifying and aiding in recruiting the best sales talent and coaching and mentoring the direct sales team to achieve new heights. You will have a strong understanding of government procurement cycles and a focus on understanding each territory's unique dynamics to invest and support accordingly.
You will understand how to leverage optimal sales investments for the largest return in a startup environment. A successful candidate for this position will have a track record of taking massive action to drive results, ability to leverage data along with customer feedback to optimize resource allocation, possess excellent communication and organization skills and will have the dedication and drive to assist BRINC in providing superior sales service to customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about and genuinely bought into the mission of BRINC Drones; to create safer communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement BRINC’s regional sales strategy and go-to-market plan
Manage a team of Account Executives and provide ongoing training to meet quotas
Recruit, hire and retain top talent in partnership with the People Team
Provide resources to sales team to reduce sales friction
Focus on leveraging KPIs and data trends to optimize territory performance
Manage administrative load efficiently while keeping the focus on driving results
Drive new business growth within target regions
Qualifications:
5+ years of quota carrying sales leadership preferably in technology/SaaS companies.
5+ years building and leading a team
Willing to travel (domestic) up to 50% of the time
Demonstrate client service skills, including: clear communication, timeline establishment, respectful personality that reflects customer expectations and our brand
Experience with product launch; strategic and product marketing is not a requirement but may be a plus
Deep Understanding of SLED/Public Sector procurements and sales process

Salary: 140k-180k based on experience. 50/50 Split with OTE of $300-350K+ uncapped Should you receive an offer, please expect that it can fall anywhere within this range. A multitude of factors will determine a fair salary based on scope of role within the organization, years of relevant experience, specific skills, and evaluation of capability to execute in role successfully (among other critical factors).Compensation listed below may also be included in an offer.
