Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and development of state-of-the-art AI products. You will deeply understand customer pain points and work backwards to identify the right products and solutions. You will define product requirements, obsess over user experience, and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing in delivering value to our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Work backwards from customer pain points and needs to define innovative productions that make the platform successful at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer engineering teams to ship products and features that grow usage of our platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on GTM strategy and outbound motions, helping grow the business.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and timelines for the development and enhancement of our LLM products.
- Coordinate product launches and releases, including communication plans, documentation, and training materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features and functionalities.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions to continuously refine and enhance our LLM products.
What we’re seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management in the AI or natural language processing (NLP) domain.
- Deep understanding of language models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and actionable product requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products from ideation to commercialization.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in advancing the capabilities of language models to solve real-world problems.
Location: Mountain View, CASalary Range for California Based Applicants: $200,000 - $400,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
