Our client, a start up in the Human Resources industry is looking for a talented ML Engineer to join their team. You will play a critical role in designing, building, managing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements and feature engineering.
Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Optimize model performance for efficiency and accuracy, considering factors like hardware constraints and latency.
Develop and implement unit tests for machine learning code.
Integrate machine learning models into our production systems using C++ for performance-critical components.
Monitor model performance and iterate on models to improve results.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning research and development.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with deep learning frameworks is a plus.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) is a plus.
Experience with C++ for performance-critical applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for machine learning and a strong desire to learn and adapt.
