Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of Loop AI's bookkeeping, accounting, and payments products. This role will be instrumental in defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on financial products and a passion for driving innovation in the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Loop AI's bookkeeping, accounting, and payments products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to prioritize features and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive continuous improvement of the product.
Drive the launch of new features and products, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial products and restaurant management to inform product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch, with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or payments products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development environments, with a deep understanding of product management best practices and methodologies.
