Your Design-Centric Responsibilities
Product Design Leadership: Develop a product roadmap and strategy that seamlessly integrates cutting-edge design elements, aligning with company goals, user needs, and market trends.
Design Mastery: Utilize your design skills to create captivating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces in Figma, translating product concepts into visually stunning and user-friendly experiences.
Collaborative Design Approach: Work closely with engineering, QA, and other teams, effectively defining, prioritizing, and communicating design-focused product requirements for successful product development.
Aesthetic Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis with a keen eye for design trends, identifying opportunities to lead in the dynamic music tech industry.
User-Centric Feedback Loop: Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iteratively enhance product designs to continually elevate user satisfaction through a design-first approach.
Data-Driven Design Decisions: Use data and analytics to inform and guide design-driven decisions, steering product improvements and the development of new visually appealing features.

What you'll come with Day 1
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong background in product design using Figma or other design tools.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation
Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 - $150,000
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses, equity compensation
