About the role:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Contextual AI, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our AI products. You will help evangelize our next generation AI technologies to customers and the developer community. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective launch, promotion, and ongoing growth of our AI products in the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, possesses a strong analytical mindset, and familiar with AI and LLM technologies.
What you’ll do:
- Be the technology subject matter expert helping to build and execute on the cross-functional go-to-market strategy to bring new generative AI products, features and capabilities to market.
- Understand how the market, our customers, and competitors are leveraging AI/ML, assess competing alternatives, research customer needs, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations to inform product marketing strategy and execution.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new AI product launches and major updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop content and educate and inspire internal and external teams on value of our AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively sell the product.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What we’re seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience driving go-to-market strategy and activities for products with AI/ML capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in marketing tools and technologies.
