About the role
Nirvana is seeking an experienced, New York City-based Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and closing new businesses, fostering channel partnerships, and entering new verticals within the healthcare industry.
What you'll do
Lead and scale the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Drive new business for both Enterprise and SMB customers.
Cultivate relationships with channel partners.
Identify and penetrate new verticals within the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
What we're seeking
A NYC-based professional with 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
Strong understanding of healthcare, enterprise accounts, and channel partnerships.
Exceptional team building and leadership skills.
Experience in navigating new verticals and expanding market reach.
Compensation:USD 220000-360000
