About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager for our Deepfake Detection product at Resemble AI, you will play a critical role in driving the development and deployment of our cutting-edge AI security solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the safety and integrity of AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of the Deepfake Detection program, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and sales, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Drive the implementation of our deepfake detection models and ensure their integration with other Resemble AI products.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Ensure the technical and operational feasibility of project plans, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance project outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI security and deepfake detection to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or software development projects.
Strong understanding of deep learning, AI security, and deepfake detection technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup environment.
