We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. This role requires someone proficient in Zoho Books, well-versed in financial compliance, and capable of handling various administrative responsibilities.

Job Description:


Role Overview:

As a Finance and Administration Manager at Paramyter Tech you will be responsible for managing various financial functions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations, and overseeing office administration tasks. This is an onsite role based at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Management:



  • File monthly GST returns and maintain accurate records.

  • Process payroll for employees, including PF contributions.

  • Handle TDS deductions and payments to vendors, employees, and contractors.

  • Raise invoices and ensure timely payment collection.

  • Reconcile accounts for monthly accounts receivables.

  • Monitor and manage budgetary performance.

Compliance:



  • Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and ensure full compliance.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.

  • Assist with financial audits when necessary.

Administration:



  • Manage office administration tasks efficiently.

  • Procure office supplies and equipment as needed.

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure a smooth office operation.

  • Assist in other HR and administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Zoho Books is a must.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST, TDS, and PF regulations.

  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
