Job Description
We are seeking Modeling & Simulation developers All Levels 1-4 with 2-15 years of direct related experience. This is in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) (GMD) system integration, test, and readiness (SITR) Program. Position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific field;
- General experience must include 2-8+ years directly related experience and 0-5 years in management or leadership roles.
- Level 1: The application developer develops, codes, documents, tests, and integrates code. Possesses experience in many of the following applications and tools.
- Level 2: The application developer designs, develops, codes, documents, tests, and integrates code. Possesses experience in many of the following applications and tools. Management Experience 1-3 years
- Level 3: The application developer leads a small team that designs, develops, codes, documents, tests, and integrates modeling and simulation applications. Management Experience 3+ years
- Level 4: The application developer leads a large team that designs, develops, codes, documents, tests, and integrates modeling and simulation applications. Management Experience 5+ years
- Possesses experience in many of the following applications and tools:
- Relational Databases
- Programming Languages (C++, Java, MATLAB, Python)
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
- Experience using software project lifecycle tools (e.g. version control, automated build systems, bug tracking, requirements management)
- Active DoD Secret Clearance prior to start.
