Overview
Noetic Strategies is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support the Corporate Recruiting Department with Recruiting functions. The intern will assist the Corporate Recruiting Department with a variety of functions including screening of potential candidates, management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and administrative duties as needed. Individual is required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assists with hiring activities.
- Conducts salary and benefits research.
- Assists in recruiting activities and cleaning up the ATS.
- Screening of potential candidates
- Management of job postings in ClearanceJobs, HireEZ, etc.
Qualifications
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities with excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills
- Has completed courses in Human Resources/Communications.
- Self-motivated, displays initiative and ability to follow through with tasks to completion.
- familiar with and can use Microsoft Office products
- Must live in a HUBZone (you can verify your address at: https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map
The UNA, UAH, A&M, Oakwood and Drake State campuses and many of their surrounding neighborhoods are in the HUB Zone.
