Key Responsibilities:


  • Work cross functionally to obtain information from various departments necessary for the preparation of workpapers supporting both internal and external financial reporting requirements.
  • Review information received for accuracy and completeness to ensure appropriateness of disclosures
  • Maintain all supporting documentation in an organized manner and properly reference supporting documentation to the SEC filings
  • Assist in the preparation of disclosures for quarterly and annual files with the SEC in compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings release documents, including press release and investor decks
  • Assist in the preparation of footnote disclosures for the quarterly and annual filings, including topics such as commitments, investments, and equity
  • Assist in the development of reporting structure to comply with the new ESG rules

Key Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under tight time deadlines at times
  • Solid prior technical accounting experience
  • Prior technical accounting research experience desired, but not necessarily required

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Prior audit experience in international CPA firm
  • Public company audit experience preferred, but not necessarily required
