Job Description


Starting at $42K per year 


The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Management staff with the setup and implementation of new sales and with correspondence between Rx Help Centers and new groups.   

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (No weekends or holidays!) 


**This is not a remote opportunity**


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Administrative support of the Sales and Account Management teams
  • Setup of new groups in Salesforce
  • Setup of implementation files for new groups
  • Accurately updating existing group files and communication materials

Qualifications


Required & Essential Skills


  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic team based environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
