Windows Systems Administrator (WFO Application Support)

To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for an Windows Systems Administrator (WFO Application support) to join our Technical Operations team.  Our headquarters is located in San Ramon, CA, and we continue to expand globally. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of systems administration technologies, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, deploy and configure Five9 WFO platforms in AWS and GCP
  • Provision new customers on Five9 WFO platform
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Ops staff to monitor production environments with primary focus on the WFO instances
  • Work with Five9 CS and PS on assigned tickets
  • Perform capacity planning
  • Update and work on tasks assigned in a timely manner
  • Follow change management process and participate in off-hours maintenances windows

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years technical experience with Windows Server (2016/2019) and Active Directory
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of Complex Enterprise application support
  • MS SQL administration 3 years
  • AWS/GCP deployment experience – 3 year
  • GPO management – 3 years
  • Experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices is plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
