Talent Acquisition Coordinator
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a talented TA Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role will support our Philippines recruiting team with scheduling and administrative support and provides the opportunity to assist with sourcing as well. We are a service-oriented team that prides ourselves on delivering a joyful and impeccable candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant, fun, and fast-paced TA team and gain experience across a variety of talent acquisition competencies! This position requires working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates and interview teams, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving interview-related issues or conflicts. Address scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or other challenges promptly and professionally.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for candidates, making them feel valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. Act as an ambassador for our company culture.
- Provide great customer service for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Support incoming hires through their pre-employment journey:
- Job offer and pre-employment requirements discussion, post offer acceptance
- Filing and tracking of pre-employment requirements
- Processing Background Check requests for new hires
- Work collaboratively with the TA Partners and HR Ops about the status of the new hires
- Partner with TA Partners to source candidates from various sources.
- Flexible with work schedule overlapping US and PH time zone
- Other duties as assigned by management
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work during US business hours
- Experience with high volume interview scheduling
- Comfortable working with data and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency, good organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to exercise good judgement and discretion; secure and maintain private and confidential information
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Has a service-oriented approach, and enjoyment in providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
