You will coordinate efforts to implement, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance team member performance; significantly contributing to the satisfaction and success of our team members, and the overall organization.
QUALIFICATIONS / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office platform (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.)
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar Talent or Human Resources role.
- Experience as a process trainer in customer support or service role focused on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with India HR Team to support implementation and follow through of interventions to enhance employee engagement and company culture.Act as an employee experience champion, resolving employee issues and concerns by interfacing between employees and service providers (internal and external). Act as a frontline advisor and guide to employees on HR processes, programs, benefits, etc.Develop, design, and deliver live instructor-led new hire training sessions and soft skills workshops, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants.Facilitate delivery of pre-designed training for customer support and data operations teams in Pune, India by working with our U.S.
Based Operations Trainer on established programs.Create various job aids, training guides, quick start guides, eLearning modules and multimedia presentations and videos, as needed.Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of skill enhancement programs, and other talent development initiatives. Analyze training data and feedback to continuously make data-driven recommendations to leadership.Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to talent development and engagement initiatives.
