The Project Manager is responsible for driving client launches to completion and ensuring that the scope, budget, schedule, and quality parameters are met. The Project Manager role is a results-oriented role, where the successful candidate will drive projects to completion in accordance with the project plan timeline and be comfortable making decisions as appropriate. Projects will involve interacting with clients, IT, and operations personnel.

The Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining and driving project plans for client implementations within established timelines
- This role is a combination of Project Management and Business Analyst, and a successful candidate will accomplish the following:
- Develop and communicate detailed project timeline, track issues, and run the regular client meetings
- Acquire a good understanding of the program business rules by managing the development and proper documentation of the client-approved Business Rules Document (BRD)
- Drive to outcomes via detailed follow-ups and meetings holding all parties accountable for meeting project milestones on agreed to dates
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and manage changes in the plan by gaining approval from workstream leaders and the governance team with follow-up communication to all key stakeholders
- Manage change control process post launch/go live date to ensure that the BRD and the Technical Requirements Document (TRD) are synchronized
- Prepare projects status reports, perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning, and present projects status to senior management and CxO level executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in a mid-sized or large corporate environment
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills along with relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people
- A good understanding of SDLC process (Waterfall, Agile) and comfortable with tools and processes of sound project management is strongly preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty are a requirement
- PMP certification is preferred
- We are located in Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $655.20 per year)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
- This is a full-time exempt position.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
