Job Description:

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering CS Operations projects of varying size and complexity by working closely with the CS Operations Project Team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a CS Project Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
  • Prepare project organization and communication charts
  • Chair project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans and work hours
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
  • Accomplishes project requirements by orienting, assigning, scheduling, and educating project team
  • Facilitates and creates comprehensive training sessions, demos and materials along with managing the training project plan.
  • Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
  • Maintains project documentation in centralized repositories and appropriately communicates and distributes to prevalent audiences.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Driving tasks to completion on time.
  • And other duties/tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


A candidate must have:

  • B.S. Computer Science / Software Engineering / Business Management / General IT or related field
  • 1 year of experience in project management / business analysis with software development projects, or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in managing multiple large complex technical projects across multiple geographies.
  • 2 years of experience working in customer service or support environment.
  • 1 year demonstrated ability to work with application and infrastructure teams to create DR environments
