AGDATA is looking for a rock star Product Owner to work across our development and product teams to deliver best in class solutions. We are the most trusted provider of data collection and management, marketing program management, and analytical solutions for our Crop and Animal Health industry clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own the product roadmap and associated development priorities and plan for our flagship platform
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Lead and facilitate short-term and long-range grooming sessions with the development team
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to our flagship platform
- Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and associated epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Ensure that the development team understands items in the product backlog to the level needed and manage to execution
- Work with key stakeholders (Senior Leadership, Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Operations) across the company to ensure successful product releases
In order to be successful in your role, it is important that you:
- 6+ years of Agile Product Owner experience in the technology space
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum process and principles
- Experience in building a data platform and developing new data and analytics solutions
- Comfortable working in cross-functional organization and ability to think outside the box
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to get things completed
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Data Science) or equivalent experience
- CSPO certification preferred
