As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping PharmaCord’s marketing strategies through in-depth analysis and actionable insights. In this role, you will leverage data to optimize campaign performance, track competitor activity, and make informed strategic decisions as it relates to solution development and service offerings for current and potential new clients.
A typical day in the life of a Marketing Insights Analyst will include the following:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Dive deep into data from various marketing campaigns and interactions to uncover valuable insights and trends.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with operational and program management teams to monitor and track the success of internal initiatives across programs, providing valuable data and insights to the Creative Marketing Specialist and Associate Director of Marketing for the development and creation of new campaigns informed by real-time performance and success metrics.
- Track leads and integrate activity and engagement information to enhance lead management and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough competitive intelligence and market research as needed for the Executive Committee.
- Present key findings and recommendations in a compelling and actionable manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Statistics or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and integration tools such as Google Analytics, SemRush and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
