Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our digital products, from ideation to launch, and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and business objectives. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business Development to drive product development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and customer needs.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to identify opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the product’s short-term and long-term development plans.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and continuous improvement of digital products.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Go-to-Market Plans : Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with Business Development and Operations teams to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on findings to optimize the product.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • We are located in Jeffersonville, IN: You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $655.20 per year)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Physical Demands & Work Environment:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy. 
  • Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
