Project Scheduler

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.
• Develop, update, integrate, and maintain all project schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.
• Plan, update, and track contract schedules. This may include Systems Engineering reviews, PoPs and contract awards.
• Perform continual critical path risk assessments and alert IPT member and Product Office Management of schedule conflicts and issues.
• Update and track Hardware and Software Block Capability Sets.
• Develop Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) production aircraft integration schedules.
• Develop and integrate Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding schedules.
• Prepare information for presentations, training materials, and white papers.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Education and General experience: 

• Bachelors degree preferred with least 5 years of task specific experience is preferred.  
• A strong work ethic, ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position.  Candidate should also have the following:
• Experience of Army project integration, contracting and fielding
• Ability to analyze project critical path drivers
• Effective project scheduling for multi-disciplined Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Primavera experience is desirable, but not required

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be currently have a secret clearance.
