What’s the role?
As a Senior Business Analyst at AGDATA, you will be crucial in identifying and addressing the factors contributing to operational challenges and inefficiencies in technology, process, and people-related aspects.Leveraging your analytical expertise, and attention to detail, you will conduct in-depth analyses of data, processes, and systems to uncover root causes and propose effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives to optimize performance and enhance the operational efficiency of our outsourced services.

- Conduct thorough root-cause analyses by applying various RCA techniques to identify the underlying factors contributing to business challenges, process inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of incidents, utilizing data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
- Utilize various analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies to analyze data sets and uncover patterns, trends, and correlations by working with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate root cause analysis workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights, validate findings, and collaborate on solutions.
- Document investigation findings, solutions, and preventive measures in comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create an RCA plan for proposing a solution by collaborating with different cross-functional stakeholders
Our ideal candidate will have…
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst role with a reputed organization.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and/or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, process mapping tools, excellent understanding of SDLC processes, and quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, CBAP) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, e.g.) is MUST.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
- Certifications in process improvement, quality management, or related areas (e.g. project management) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience working with client-facing teams and managing client relationships is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cross-functional team
