Hundreds of thousands of Creators across social media and blogs use LTK to turn their hobbies and passions into entrepreneurship and help support their dreams and families financially. You will grow as a person and a leader in your field, all the while helping Creators and their followers connect and instantly shop in the most inspiring way. We’re looking for an empathetic, curious, technical, and visionary Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team to build out our growth loops leveraging push notifications, emails, and in-app messages across our Creator and Shopper-facing apps. LTK is revamping the way we reach Creators and shoppers through our channels to drive Creators to take the right actions for their business and build relationships with their followers, and to provide followers with the smoothest shopping experience and engagement with creators. In this role, working closely with designers, engineers, data analysts, marketing, and other product managers, you’ll be responsible for launching new user-facing communications, testing them for effectiveness, and iterating on them. This role is expected to drive significant impact for the creators and shoppers on our platform and for the LTK business as a whole.
How you will make an impact
- Build and refine a notifications platform (push, email, SMS, and in-app) that will deliver the right message to the user at the right time to drive conversion.
- Create and drive a roadmap that is focused on rapidly testing new push notifications, SMS, and emails to drive conversions for creators and shoppers.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, data analysts, and other product managers to evaluate new messages/communications.
- Understand and inject personalization into our communications as appropriate
- Provide thought leadership and an inspiring vision for creator and shopper-facing communication and deliver in a fast paced environment.
- Drive product requirements definition, product planning, product design, and writing PRDs for new features and enhancements
What you will bring to LTK
- Prior eCommerce experience, ideally with product responsibility for the push and email channels.
- Successfully managed and grown personalized communications.
- Fluency with experimentation in end user-facing communications and in-app consumer experiences.
- Demonstrated experience developing short-term and long-term strategies, roadmaps, and OKRs.
- Experience with complex systems that combine human knowledge and algorithms to connect content to customers
- Experience driving consumer-facing features at scale from ideation to delivery
- Deep empathy for customers grounded in data and research
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- BS/BA degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
