Job Description:


We are looking for a Principal Architect with Digital Experience, Mobile, and Data to join our international team. This person will be designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to improve customer engagement and drive business growth. This role combines expertise in technology, user experience, and digital strategy to develop seamless and innovative digital experiences across all customer touchpoints. The Principal Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful digital customer journeys.

This person is the technical reference of the DX, Mobile, and Data team(s) for the project and departments for support.Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect comprehensive digital solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital experience objectives and transform them into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
  • Define and communicate the technical strategy for the project(s), ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Provide guidance on technology selection, frameworks, and tools to achieve project goals. 
  • Manage risks, business constraints, and limitations as part of the technology strategy. 
  • Evaluate and integrate the latest digital technologies and trends to stay ahead of customer expectations and competitive pressures.
  • Lead the development and implementation of user-centric designs, ensuring optimal user experience across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Work with data analytics teams to leverage customer insights and feedback in improving digital touch points.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices in UX design and technology are followed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing digital platforms for enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders, to drive technical excellence and delivery of high-quality solutions. 
  • Act as a bridge between the development team and other teams like IT, Business, and the executive leadership team. 
  • Support the CTO with technical communication when needed.

Qualifications


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end digital solutions as well as integrating enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of web and mobile technologies, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective digital experiences.
  • Ability to lead and mentor people, fostering collaboration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Experience with digital analytics, SEO, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Data & BI to support decision-making.

Bonus skills:


  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.

  • Exceptional communication skills (in English): Effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership to set the technical roadmap and guide teams toward success.
  • Problem-solving: Analyze complex problems and craft creative and simple solutions.
  • Adaptability: Monitor technology trends and openness to changes.
  • Teamwork: To be able to work with stakeholders that are technical and non-technical.
