CommunityWFM is a trusted partner to some of the most recognized organizations across healthcare, insurance, financial services, retail, and technology.Position SummaryThe Project Manager role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of CommuntyWFM software and services.
This position works closely with internal departments and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met.Responsibilities
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, implementation plans and including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule
- Work closely with Director of Training to manage and schedule resources
- Work with Partner Success Manager and Channel Account Managers to coordinate needs/project guidelines from our associated partners
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise requirements to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes, as well as ensuring client is prepared for each phase of project deployment
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) software experience preferred
- Experience using Monday.com as a Project Management software preferred
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
