CommunityWFM is a trusted partner to some of the most recognized organizations across healthcare, insurance, financial services, retail, and technology.Position SummaryCommunityWFM is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst/Automation Engineer.

This person will be responsible for designing, creating, executing, documenting/reporting, and maintaining test plans, automated test scripts, and performing manual tests of CommunityWFM web and mobile applications and features. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the product requirements and designs are translated into relevant test cases and automated scripts.
  • Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data based on requirements, functional specs, and working with the applications and features.
  • Execute manual test cases and automated scripts.
  • Identify and report root causes for software defects and eventually provide resolution suggestions.
  • Define, implement, and maintain efficient test environments, procedures, and processes.
  • Work with professional services and support teams on troubleshooting, reproducing, and documenting defects reported by our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing and Quality Assurance of web-based applications (server/client architecture, web applications, mobile applications, backend/database testing, UX testing, performance testing, load/scalability testing, API testing, smoke/functional/regression testing).
  • 3+ years’ experience with testing automation tools such as Selenium, Azure DevOps, WinRunner, Quick Test Pro, or Test Director.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in C#, Object Oriented Programming, Micro Services, Cloud Native, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong Analytical skills to understand complex business logic and calculations.
  • Work effectively in a distributed agile software development team as well as ability to work independently.
  • Strong skills in analysis, design, test planning, and execution of testing for client/server, web-based applications.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise software, with an emphasis on web applications.

  • Familiarity with common Windows based web application technologies and troubleshooting tools (Windows Server, IIS, Web browser dev tools, Fiddler, Wireshark, Postman, SQL Profiler, etc).

  • Knowledge of the workforce management industry, including data collection and analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Experience working with cloud deployments using AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours and/or weekends as needed.
