Job Description:


As a DevOps Tools Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate the release process of the next-generation Blood Establishment (BECS) platform. All team members are considered problem-solvers and actively participate in identifying problems and building solutions that solve the root causes. This is a hands-on position that builds and deploys high-quality capabilities and features.The ideal candidate is comfortable with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives while championing automation excellence, monitoring, and test validation.

This role collaborates closely with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to create value

Responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software release processes.
  • Integrate various services and tools such as GitLab to streamline the development lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of multiple infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Integrate automation solutions with other IT tools and platforms.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to build and manage infrastructure in a consistent and repeatable way.
  • Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement DevOps tools and best practices for development and operation.
  • Stay up to date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective automation solutions.
  • Document your work and share your knowledge with others.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, building, and deploying DevOps solutions.
  • Comfortable with Java and JavaScript application development.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
  • Infrastructure automation (Terraform).
  • Containerization (Rancher, Docker, K8S, EKS).
  • CI/CD frameworks and tools (Gitlab, Artifactory, Ansible).
  • Experience with infrastructure and security frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-based product development environment or FDA-regulated medical device environment is desired.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with certifications a plus.
