Description
Zifo is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager with experience in running the project portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of various technical solutions for large biopharma customers.
Requirements
High level PM Job Description:
- Lead and manage new capability development/deployment and integration projects.
- Organize user-stories/requirements into executable workstreams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts, ensuring deliverables, resource allocation and expenditure control are in alignment with Company and stakeholders' expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- San Francisco Bay Area - 3 days on site (South San Francisco)
Qualifications:
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Past experience managing projects in both Waterfall and Agile framework (hybrid).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment and integration projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of biotechnology processes, including R&D, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements is a big-plus.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with conflicting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Contribute and support change management initiatives by managing impact to stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
