About this Job
As an Office Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of the office by providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.Energy CX is looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong multitasking abilities, and excels at maintaining an organized workplace atmosphere.
Objectives of this Role
- Support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks.
- Maintain a smooth work environment through organization, schedule management, event coordination, budget oversight, and vendor relations.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist in creating budgets and managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage scheduling and travel arrangements for conferences and company related events
- Maintain kitchen supplies and food stock
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs such as supplies, equipment, and services.
