- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals

- Build and lead a sales team of hungry, high-performing professionals
- Provide relentless coaching, mentorship, and performance management to drive results
- Foster a competitive, high-energy sales culture where complacency is not an option
- Optimize sales operations, metrics, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
- Strategic thinking skills and a relentless drive to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial background and/or experience with EOS or Scaling Up a plus
