Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Industrial Sales Representative for the Reliability Solutions Team. The successful candidate would be responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics specific to increasing sales revenues and market share of AW Chesterton Fluid Sealing, Emerson CSI, and Novaspect’s entire Reliability portfolio.
Industrial Sales Representative - Responsibilities
- Work with strategic account teams to develop and execute strategies to improve customer business results through the implementation of AW Chesterton Fluid Sealing, Emerson CSI, and Novaspect’s entire Reliability portfolio.
- Direct sales of AW Chesterton Fluid Sealing, Emerson CSI Products, and Novaspect Reliability Services.
- Manage technical and engineering support for target and focus accounts.
- Engage in team sales efforts of all Novaspect products and services for target and focus accounts.
- Become technically and commercially proficient in the sales and service of Mechanical Seals, Packing, Gasketing, Hydraulic Seals, Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Lubrication, and other related products lines that comprise Novaspect’s Reliability portfolio.
- Set appointments and agendas for customer meetings to conduct plant site reviews and walk downs in order to identify opportunities.
Requirements
Industrial Sales Representative - Education & Experience Guidelines:
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical product sales (inside or outside) or equivalent service related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.
Industrial Sales Representative - Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a computer for extended hours
- Ability to work in loud industrial environments
Industrial Sales Representative - Pay:
- $90,000-$120,000: Inclusive of base and bonus.
- Vehicle Reimbursement Program eligible.
