The Team & Role 


As a Partnerships Reservation Concierge, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for confirming reservations with key partnership concierge clients/restaurants. Your primary focus will be to make outbound calls to each restaurant location that has a reservation booked in our systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong communication skills, gain valuable experience in client relations, and contribute to the overall success of our partnership.

This Partnerships Reservation Concierge will work 15-20 hrs/week at the following times:


  • Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM PST

What You’ll Do


  • Place high volume outbound calls to restaurant locations with reservations booked in our systems to confirm the reservation is populated in the restaurant’s database/reservation platform and venue is set to meet program expectations at the reservation level
  • Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, including call logs, customer details, and outcomes of interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction, gather additional information, and provide updates on previous interactions.
  • Collect feedback from clients regarding products, services, and overall experiences to understand venue level engagement with program
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing call activities, outcomes, and trends for management review and strategic planning purposes.

  • Ability to accurately record information and maintain organized records of customer interactions
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not required

What We Offer


  • Equitable compensation: Our compensation packages are based on external market data. At SevenRooms, you can expect to be paid well for your contributions towards transforming the hospitality industry.
  • The pay range for this role is $28.00-$32.00 per hour with 15-20 hours per week expected. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
