The Junior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the financial operations of Victory Home Remodeling. This position is responsible for managing a high volume of daily cash applications using QuickBooks Online, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring contract prices are accurately reflected in the accounts receivable reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Cash Application:
Perform daily cash application activities using QuickBooks, ensuring all customer payments are applied accurately and timely. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in cash receipts and invoices.
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile monthly bank statements with company records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in bank account transactions.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts. Monitor aging reports and follow up internally on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and run accounts receivable reports for review by the Operations Department. Reconcile contract prices to accounts receivable reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports. Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Junior Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Understanding of accounting practices revenue recognition principles Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle high volume transactions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with NetSuite and/or SAP is a plus.
