**This is a full - time contract role****This role requires 100% on-site presence at client site in South San Francisco**
Requirements

Program:
The program involves a largescale ELN migration from Benchling to Revvity Signals across several business units and sites in North America and Europe.

Change Management Strategy:
Develop an OCM strategy and lead/ manage the OCM activities on a high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide change. Navigate a highly matrixed organization and synthesize direction from multiple sources.

Stakeholder Engagement:
The person will work in close liaison with the program lead, the technical/solution leads and other business stakeholders and will be responsible for defining the overall CM strategy and plan, adoption improvement plan, communication, and training plans, to name a few of the key deliverables.
· Communication: Demonstrate ample experience in handling similar programs in large Pharma and should possess highly polished oral and written business communication skills. ·
Training and Support:
The OCM consultant will work with the Enterprise CM group in extending the corporate OCM guidelines and templates and customizing them per the needs of the program.

Process & Tools:
Work in concert with the OCM team to help mature the discipline through observation of areas in need of improvement and suggestions for maturing the processes or tools.

Travel:
Some domestic and international travel may be required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with over ten years of managing large and complex technology and /or business transformations. • Over five years of experience supporting an organizational change management effort. • Experience working in a pharmaceuticals/ GxP/validated environment is a plus.• Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels & have a strong personal presence. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
