Victory Home Remodeling is now hiring for an Installation Supervisor. We are one of the newest home renovation companies in the North East. Our company embellishes its core values. Our team has can-do, winning attitudes and is looking to grow and develop more representatives this season.The Installation Supervisor is responsible for accurately measure projects to position our installation teams to deliver a 5-star home remodeling experience.
This candidate will report directly to our Director of Operations and work closely with our installers, project coordinators, and warehouse/operations employees.Our goal is to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what Victory has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed. Leadership openings are not limited to our management team. It is something we encourage all of our team members to embrace and embody.
Key Responsibilities of Installation Supervisor
Drive to customer locations at appointed times and introduce VictoryEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReview work order with customer and confirm products to be installedTake accurate measurements and compare against sales representative measurements; discuss outcome with customerIdentify any important details that can be helpful to installersKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback
Requirements of Installation Supervisor:
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge in taking precise measurementsAbility to carry and climb a ladder, willingness to work outside, even in inclement weatherExperience in residential remodeling preferredValid Driver's licenseRelationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism
