 Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Service Coordinator I to join our fast-paced, customer-oriented team.  The successful candidate serves as a central point of contact for customers and performs various customer service functions including preparation of quotes, scheduling of technical resources, service-related invoicing, and hosting internal and external customer meetings.

Service Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare standard service support quotes in Salesforce and present service support quotes to Account Manager or directly to customer for approval
  • Reconcile purchase order received from customer with the service details
  • Understand scope of service work and schedule requirements to execute the scheduled service
  • Document and distribute service engagement details to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule people resources based on workload and customer priorities in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and host customer calls for engagement kick-off, status updates, and problem resolution
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Reassign work as needed to manage customer needs and communicate to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Setup/data enter and track service orders in IFS (ERP software)
  • Setup/data enter and track customer invoicing and customer reporting details/packages after service is completed in IFS
  • Distribute and track periodic customer satisfaction surveys
  • Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals

Requirements

Service Coordinator Education, Knowledge and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school graduation or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial sales and/or service environment
  • Quickly embraces, learns, and applies new technology and/or procedures. High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems
  • Knowledge of order processing systems (IFS a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability maintain high customer service
  • Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
  • Proven ability to build and support teamwork

Service Coordinator Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to work extended hours on a computer

Service Coordinator Pay:


  • Cash compensation potential: $59,000 - $62,000 (inclusive of base salary & bonus)
  • Bonus potential: 5%

Service Coordinator Schedule:


  • 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday  
  • Remote work available up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment
