The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a
Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform through daily support, configuration, business analysis, and project work. Our current Salesforce setup requires a strategic overhaul to improve architecture, streamline fields, and optimize flows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of transforming complex Salesforce environments.
This role will report to our VP of Business Intelligence and Analytics.
What You'll Do
- Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system architecture, maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
- Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields, page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems; escalate and track problems appropriately
- Customizations of reports, dashboards, workflows, process builder, flows, approval processes, outbound messages
- User management - Provide end-user support for Salesforce users, manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types.
- Create and maintain documented procedures for the Salesforce work done within the TimelyCare platform
- Mobile and email process administration
- Perform data loads and data quality validation
- Perform special assignments as requested
What You Bring
- 5-7+ years minimum experience as a Certified Salesforce Admin, with strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Salesforce consultant experience a plus)
- Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams and associated business processes
- Experience interpreting business requirements from broad ranges of users (marketing, sales, customer service/care, finance, IT), and translating those requirements into SFDC solutions - fields, processes and/or workflows
- SaaS / b2b experience
- Business analysis skills - gathering requirements, documentation, user training
- Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning/hygiene, and de-duplication
- Ability to understand complex and customized Salesforce instances and points of escalation
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple requests

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.Apply for this job
